WARRANTY:
If there is a manufactural problem within the first 3 months, or the device was (internally) damaged during transportation, then please contact us. If the device needs to be exchanged then we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If the device develops any manufactural issues that require repair service after 3 months but within the first year after purchase, then you may return the device for repair service. We will then have it repaired by the manufacturer and then return the device to you.
