Where are products shipped from? We send items from our warehouses in Hong Kong. In some cases, certain items may be shipped directly from a warehouse in the United States if the delivery address is in North America.

Do I have to pay any import fees upon delivery?

• United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong: No taxes or import fees.

• Canada: FedEx delivery (if offered) already includes import fees, for other delivery services import fees may be levied by customs.

• United Kingdom: Please visit https://www.anon-co-eu.com/

• European Union: Please visit https://www.anon-co-eu.com/

• To other countries, if we offer FedEx delivery services, these will already include duties, taxes and import fees, so there will be no additional fees charged upon delivery. For others services, local customs may levy import fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
  

Which countries do we ship to? Although we ship our items worldwide, due to insufficient logistical options as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, some destinations are currently not serviced, because regular postage options have been suspended. Please feel free to send us your enquiry to find out if there is a possible alternative.

Which shipping companies do we use? Upon checkout, you may see either all or some of the following shipping options: Economy (Plus), Standard (Plus), USPS, and FedEx. We use the services of FedEx Express, DHL, Hongkong Post and a variety of couriers that cooperate with Hongkong Post and DHL. All services include tracking, even our Economy services. If you wish to receive details on the exact delivery company for a specific item to a specific destination, please feel free to contact us.

What is the estimated delivery time? After placing an order through our website, it will dispatch within 1-2 business days (not on Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays). Delivery times depend on the service selected during checkout as well as the destination. We offer an estimated delivery time with each selectable shipping service. Please be aware that around late November to end of December delivery times can be longer.

Do we ship radios with lithium (Li-ion) batteries? Upon checkout, you may see either all or some of the following shipping options: Economy, Economy Plus, Standard, Standard Plus, USPS, and FedEx. Some of the items that we offer are powered by one or more lithium batteries. Although many airmail services have banned such batteries, we can include these batteries if you can select either our Standard Plus, FedEx, or USPS delivery method. 

Do we ship radios with Ni-MH or Alkaline batteries? Some of the radios that we sell have non-lithium batteries included as accessories. For example, Tecsun PL-660 and PL-680 come with four AA-size Ni-MH batteries, whereas Tecsun S-8800 comes with two AAA-size alkaline batteries for its remote control. Such batteries can be shipped with any type of delivery service, even Economy and Standard services.

Which delivery services are available to my country? Some services can only be offered to a select number of countries. Although FedEx is able to ship to almost everywhere, we exclude some countries because customs clearance procedures involve more elaborate procedures or very high brokerage fees. Please review the below list of available delivery services per country.
